Throughout 30 years of experience across 9 industries in Asia, including over 20 years in management roles as GM and APAC commercial director within global pharmaceutical companies such as Abbott, Allergan, Gilead and AstraZeneca, JiHyun has a proven track record of delivering measurable outcomes – consistently driving double digit sales growth and revitalizing underperforming businesses. Her expertise includes turning commercial strategy into disciplined execution by deploying tailored, insight driven approach and cultures that sustain high performance.

JiHyun holds an M.S. in Integrated Marketing Communications from Northwestern University and serves as an advisor and special lecturer at KAIST MBA.
